How To Keep Your Skin Healthy When Traveling

Traveling can really boost happiness, but it can wreak havoc on our skin. Whether you're flying to monaco, road-tripping to Paris, or just switching climates to Dubai, your skin has to adapt quickly—often without warning. The change in air, water, routine, and even diet can leave you to have a smaller holiday glow that we all love. But with a few mindful habits, you can keep your skin healthy, hydrated, and glowing no matter where you are catching flights.


1. Prep Before You Pack

Before you zip up your suitcase, it’s smart to prep your skin. Exfoliate gently a day or two before travel and avoid experimenting with new skincare products right before your flight. Strengthening your skin barrier ahead of time gives you a solid foundation for the trip ahead.
